Step four: Submit the encoded form data set

Simply, the encoded data is sent to the processing agent designated by the action attribute using the protocol specified by the method attribute

FORM element attributes:

• action - location of processing agent
• method - protocol used to send the data
• enctype - specifies the content type used to submit the form to the server
