<PRE> </PRE> tags:
- Define a segment of text that renders the browser to the exact spacing defined in the source HTML document.
- Normal word wrapping and paragraph filling are disabled
- Intergrity of columns and rows of characters are retained
- Tab characters are NOT ignored
- May render text with a fixed-pitch font
- Common use of the <PRE> is to present computer source code
